We also collect publicly available information from Companies House, trade accreditation registers, and your online presence as part of our verification process.

How we use your information

We use your information to verify your business details, create and maintain your VIA profile, process payments, communicate with you about your membership, and improve our services. We display verified business information on your public VIA profile, which is the core purpose of our service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with payment processors (Stripe) to handle billing, and we display your verified business details publicly on your VIA profile. We may also share data where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your VIA membership is active. If you cancel your membership, we will remove your public profile within 30 days and delete your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

Your rights
